She began her professional journey with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Carlow University, followed by a successful career as an Air Traffic Control Specialist with the Federal Aviation Administration. Motivated by a strong commitment to healthcare and service, Dr. Bauer earned her Doctorate in Podiatric (DPM) from Barry University. She completed her post-graduate training at the VA Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, where she gained extensive clinical experience in comprehensive foot care.
